Hello, I'm Conrad Buehler. I ride a 2004 Road King and stripped my transmission shift lever a couple of years ago. I'll blame it on my heavy left boot, but whatever the real cause is, I didn't want to take my primary off to fix my problem, I knew there had to be a better way. They say "neccessity is the mother of invention" and after a lot of carefully shifted miles I finally figured out how I could ride the ol' RK again with confidence. I designed a BETTER LEVER.

I found the right machinist just in time to make a BETTER LEVER prototype to bolt on for my annual ride to see my Dad. It's about a twenty five hundred mile trip, but that was history three thousand local miles ago. In the Hampton Roads area, local riding means a lot of shifting until you get to county roads or Interstate. The idea worked so well that I decided to have them produced and offer them to all riders with a stripped shift lever. I figured I can't be the only one out here with a heavy boot. Check your BETTER LEVER regularly for tightness along with your other levers. Loose levers lead to stripped levers, and don't bang that heavy boot down so hard!

So get out there, enjoy the ride, and thanks for your purchase.
